                                                          Territory Sales Manager

FWS Group of Companies is a fully integrated design engineering, construction, and maintenance services firm.  We are advocates of the design-build approach to project development. Whether our clients are looking at greenfield construction or retrofitting an existing facility, we have the in-house expertise to take their project from vision to reality.

To add to this expertise, we are recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager, to join our collaborative and team focused organization.

As our Territory Sales Manager, you will facilitate corporate growth through development and cultivation of relationships with existing and new clients, with the goal of increasing total sales leads and top line revenue for the organization. You will collaborate with the Business Development team and leadership to ensure a rigorous planning and commitment process.

Position Overview:

  • Develop and execute strategic territory action plans.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, prospecting and networking.
  • Present FWS value proposition to potential clients.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to expand network and market knowledge.
  • Share competitive intelligence and market trends with internal teams.
  • Support Business Development team as required in the project development process to ensure the proposal aligns with the clients’ needs.
  • Promote the company through social media and external events in line with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and market activity.
  • Travel will be required.

Qualifications Needed:

  • A combination of education and 5 years of successful sales experience in B2B is preferred.
  • Demonstrates a results-oriented mindset, strong self-motivation and the ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong professional communicator that pays attention to detail and displays a high level of interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates strong computer skills and is proficient with MS Office Suite and customer relationship (CRM) software.
