                                  Sales Coordinator

FWS Group of Companies is a fully integrated design engineering, construction, and maintenance services firm.  We are advocates of the design-build approach to project development. Whether our clients are looking at greenfield construction or retrofitting an existing facility, we have the in-house expertise to take their project from vision to reality.

To add to this expertise, we are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator, to join our collaborative and team focused organization.

As our Sales Coordinator, you will facilitate corporate growth by supporting the Sales and Marketing team in the development and cultivation of relationships with existing and new clients, with the goal of increasing total sales leads and top line revenue for the organization. You will collaborate directly with the Sales and Marketing, Business Development and Senior leadership teams to ensure alignment in the sales planning, execution and commitment process.

Position Overview:

  • Generate and qualify leads for new projects through cold calling, prospecting and networking.
  • Present FWS’ value proposition to prospective clients, build rapport and identify project needs.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to expand your network, gain market knowledge and insights.
  • Share competitive intelligence and market trends with internal teams.
  • Sales as required in the proposal development process to ensure alignment with the clients’ needs.
  • Promote the company through social media and external events in line with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare reports on lead generation, qualification, conversion and on market activity.
  • Travel will be required.

Qualifications Needed:

  • A combination of education and drive to excel in B2B sales is preferred.
  • Demonstrates a results-oriented mindset, strong self-motivation and the ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong professional communicator that pays attention to detail and displays a high level of interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates proficiency with MS Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
