As our Director, Sales& Marketing, you will identify and expand sales opportunities in both existing and new markets. This includes driving corporate growth by building strong relationships with our clients and enhancing the company’s marketing presence to boost sales leads and overall revenue.

Position Overview:

·      Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to meet business unit objectives.

·      Executestructured sales strategies.

·      Supportcorporate sales forecasting and budgeting.

·      Build amarketing presence within the organization.

·      Developand sustain a strong pipeline of prospects to drive revenue growth.

·      Monitorand communicate sales performance, new business sourcing and revenue growth tosenior leadership.

·      Remain up to date on industry trends and overall economic conditions.

Qualifications Needed:

·       Strong customer relationship skills with a keen ability to understand and meet client needs.

·       B. Comm., P. Eng. Or equivalent experience and qualifications a definite asset. 

·       Proven ability to lead and manage sales and marketing teams with a clear, goal-oriented approach.

·       Extensive experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

·      Strong professional communicator that pays attention to detail and displays a high level of interpersonal and organizational skills.

·      Demonstrates strong computer skills and is proficient with MS Office Suite.

·      Must be available to travel.
