FWS delivered the Inland Grain Terminal in Colonsay, Saskatchewan, a high-capacity, state-of-the-art grain handling facility designed to optimize storage, processing, and distribution. The terminal features six slipform concrete silos and three steel bins with a combined storage capacity of 42,122 MT, high-capacity receiving at 680 MTPH, loadout at 1,600 MTPH, a 160 MTPH grain cleaning system, and a 134-car loop track for efficient rail operations. By integrating advanced infrastructure and construction techniques, the facility maximizes throughput, maintains grain quality, and streamlines logistics, delivering a functional and reliable solution that meets the growing demands of the agribusiness sector.
