This food and beverage project for Cargill Malt Americas in Spiritwood, North Dakota involved the construction of a single-deck malt kiln designed to support efficient, automated malt processing. The scope included all heating and air movement equipment, conveyance systems for both green malt and finished malt, an automated control system for kiln operation and material handling, and day storage bins for finished malt. The facility was constructed with a steel frame on slab foundations, delivering reliable, high-performance infrastructure to support consistent malt production.
