FWS developed an Integrated Ethanol Facility designed to enhance large-scale ethanol production through efficient processing, integrated infrastructure, and renewable energy solutions. The facility includes a 25 million litre ethanol processing system, integrated with a high-throughput grain handling system to ensure seamless material flow and minimize downtime. A biomass boiler provides renewable energy to support operations, reducing reliance on non-renewable sources and lowering the facility’s environmental impact. This integrated approach improves production capacity, operational efficiency, and sustainability, delivering a reliable solution for industrial-scale ethanol manufacturing.
